In order to create favorable conditions and help you can actively pay their debt as well as ensuring that you make payment on time, VietCredit cooperated with Vietinbank to officially launch a service of automatically paying debt (auto debit) through Vietinbank from August 31, 2020.

This service will be used freely by VietCredit’s customers. Accordingly, periodically at 11:00 AM at the day you have registered to pay the balance of VietCredit loan card monthly, Vietinkbank will check your account balance at Vietinbank account and automatically deduct the amount of money you have to make minimum payment, at the same time VietCredit will also record that you have fulfilled the payment obligation in the period.

In case your account balance at Vietinbank is not enough to make the minimum payment in the period, you will have to deposit money into your Vietinbank account so that this bank can continue to perform balance inquiry in the next 05 days until the balance is sufficient to make the deduction. After 06 consecutive queries, if you account does not have enough money, Vietinbank will stop the current service and you will have to make payment for VietCredit by the other ways.

In order to use the service, you only have to contact a branch or transaction office of Vietinbank to register for an authorization to automatically pay the outstanding balance of VietCredit’s loan card through an existing account at this bank. If the loan has been totally paid or the card is not longer used, you can contact the brand/transaction office of Vietinbank to cancel a service.
